Transition from Student Member to Associate Member Application.

Please complete this form if you are an ACTIVE (not expired) Student Member and have recently graduated. We offer an Associate level membership at the Student Member dues fee for the FIRST year after graduation.

If payment is due, we will contact you with an invoice payable through the SNAME member portal.
