SMTC&E Student Program
SNAME's Annual Meeting (now known as the SNAME Maritime Technology Conference & Expo, or SMTC&E), will be held November 13 - 16 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Student Summit
The Student Summit is an event designed to allow students to talk directly to SNAME leaders! We want to hear what you think of SNAME, and what we can do to make your experience better. We hope you will consider joining us for this important event. This past years summit was a huge success in which we were able to gather your ideas, which are currently being implemented to make SNAME and the SSC more beneficial to all the members and students.
Officer Nominations
SSC Officers are elected yearly at the SSC meeting held at the SMTC&E. This year the SSC is attempting to streamline the voting process and broaden the "applicant pool" by allowing student sections to submit nominations beforehand. This also allows the candidates to enter the meeting prepared to support their bid for office. Please refer to the SSC Bylaws for descriptions of the officers roles, and submit a nomination form via email to Lauren Daly.
