Step-by-Step Instructions to Post Documents


To post a document to any SNAME.org library:

1) Have your document ready and accessible on your computer.
2) Log in to SNAME.org
3) Click on “Contribute to a Library” under "Libraries" in the main navigation of any SNAME.org page.
4) Follow the easy three-step process in the online form. 
    1. Name your document and select the library from the pull-down menu Click SAVE 
    2. Browse to select the document you want to upload from your computer Click UPLOAD 
    3. Add any tags you wish, and scroll to the bottom of the page. There, Click CONTINUE

After uploading the new page for your document – with you as the poster – will open. That page's URL is the link to your document through SNAME.org.

Document uploading best practices include:
  • Name the document appropriately and paste some text in the “Description” field to assist searchability;
  • Select the correct home for the document in the “Libraries” pull down field;
  • Repeat to post in multiple Libraries (you may want to post in your Section Library as well).
