Public Transportation:  Take MetroRail, Green Line, to Navy Yard Station.  
Parking:  There is a $5/day parking lot two blocks north of the DOT Building, on 2nd Street, SE.  

Enter the main DOT Building (West) entrance, at 1200 New Jersey Ave. on the south side of M St, SE (cattycorner from the Navy Yard Metro station).  If you require an escort in the building, call Rich’s cell at 301-807-4514; his office space is W21-207.

To Conf. Room #2:  After passing through Security, enter through the double doors, and proceed into (or, if closed, walk to the right of) the Atrium.  At about the midway point, you will see the entrance to the Conference Center on your right.  Enter there, and proceed to Conf. Room # 2.
