south side of M St, SE (cattycorner from the Navy Yard Metro station).

To get to Conf.
Room # 2: After passing through Security, enter through the double
doors, and proceed into the Atrium. At about the midway point, you will
see the entrance to the Conference Center on your right. Enter there,
and proceed to Conf. Room # 2.
