Overview:
The
2006 SNAME Maritime Technology Conference &
Expo and Ship Production Symposium,
or “SMTC&E and SPS,” will be
held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida this fall.
Renowned for excellence in its technical program,
the SMTC&E and SPS will offer up-to-the-minute
technical programming, professional development
and profitable networking opportunities. The
Conference will again be held in conjunction
with the annual Ship Production Symposium -
a partnership that continues to benefit all
attendees.

maritime industry. The expanding student program
will once again feature the design competition,
as well as a student program track.
The
SMTC&E and SPS will be located in the Broward
County Convention Center and the nearby Marriott
Hotel, providing convenient access to all activities.
