Conference Overview:

The 2005 SNAME Maritime Technology Conference & Expo and Ship Production Symposium, or “SMTC&E and SPS,” will be held in Houston, Texas this fall. Building on the success of last year’s event, the SMTC&E and SPS will offer up-to-the-minute technical programming, professional development and profitable networking opportunities. The Conference will again be held in conjunction with the annual Ship Production Symposium - a winning combination. You won’t want to miss the outstanding Technical Program, along with the popular President’s Reception, Student programs, Expo and other networking events. The SMTC&E and SPS will be located in the George R. Brown Convention Center, with some special events at the adjacent Hilton Americas-Houston Hotel, providing convenient access to all activities.

Attire for the meeting:

Business attire is recommended for the meeting and all social events. Business attire is defined as suits or sport coats with a tie for men; suits, dresses or pantsuits for women.
