"Pitch & Present"

Student "Pitch & Present"

INTRODUCING THE….
“PITCH & PRESENT” SESSION
AT THE STUDENT PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE “PITCH & PRESENT”?

The SSC would like to introduce the first annual student Pitch and Present, a session within the Student Program that allows you, the Students, the opportunity to “Pitch” and “Present” your research and projects to peers and industry experts alike. Each participant, whether it be one Student or a team will pitch 10-minute presentations by a selection of judges representing each level of the industry (from a Student, to Young Professional to Seasoned Professionals), followed by a 5 minute question and answer period.

The pace is lively and keeps presentations to the punch lines. Presentations will be scored and prizes will be given to the top three presenters. This is a great opportunity for feedback on your research interest, hone in on presentation skills and all the while networking, with the colleagues, both present and future.
