H-12 Impact Loading and Response

The panel on Impact Loading and Response was previously housed under the Ship Structures T&R committee and has been relocated to the Hydrodynamics T&R committee. This technical are of this panel can be thought of as a hydrodynamic-ship structure interaction. Impact loads can be generated by slamming impacts or underwater explosives. The corresponding response both to the ship motions and ship structure (deformation) are considered.
