Purpose

The committee serves to foster an awareness of, and sensitivity to, environmental concerns that affect the naval architecture, naval engineering, ocean engineering, and marine engineering communities. Its long term goal is to serve as an internationally recognized authority in the field of naval and marine environmental engineering.
