Saddlebrook 2008
The 2008 SCES at Saddlebrook in Tampa FL is running from May 16th to May 18th, 2008. This conference is a leadership weekend for incoming section chairs. Some of your student sections have already had elections and some of you will be having them shortly. I would ask you to note that the return deadline for SCES registration form is March 31st, 2008.
If your student section will not be able to make this deadline please contact Fred Goldfarb ASAP to confirm that your section is planning on being represented at the 2008 SCES. Student Section Chair candidates need to be aware that this is a responsibility of being a SNAME Student Section Chair before running.
Fred Goldfarb will be handling travel arrangements in the event that your company or student section can not fund your attendance. Or in the event that you wish SNAME to invoice your company or student section for reimbursement to SNAME. Please read the 2008 SCES Policy to clarify any questions you may have.
It is suggested that you return the SCES Registration Form via email, however a fax is also acceptable.
