Meeting Registration Fee &
Information:
1. $30.00 for SNAME Members ($15 for student member) who RSVP by noon on the
FRIDAY before the scheduled meeting date.
2. $40.00 for all others ($20 for student non-member) who RSVP by noon on
the FRIDAY before the scheduled meeting date.
3. A fee of $5.00 will be added for
registration after 12:00pm on the FRIDAY before the scheduled meeting date.
4. Pre-registration is the only way to guarantee a
seat and meal. Walk-in/late registration to meetings may be
accepted, provided the hotel can accommodate it,,
but a long wait time to be seated could be experienced
to make the necessary accommodations for meals and seating not forseen.Also,
please note that only cash or cheque is accepted as payment at the door.
