The Society has 17 Sections, grouped into four Regions. Each Region is represented on the Council and Executive Committee by three elected Vice Presidents of the Society.

Administration of Section activities is described in the Sections Manual, Section Manual online for procedural information on such items as meetings, papers, committees, publicity, membership, finances, key dates and liaison with headquarters. General policy matters with respect to Section operations are the responsibility of the Sections Committee.
