Sponsorship
Opportunities
The SMTC&E
and SPS provides a comprehensive educational event, which
includes but is not limited to: Papers on Ship Operations, Design and Technology,
Ship Production, Student Events and the Expo. This year’s SMTC&E
will take place October 19-21, 2005 in Houston, Texas. Last year’s SMTC&E
in Washington, D.C. had over 600 attendees at the Conference, and close to
1,000 attendees at the Expo. Over 50 Technical Papers were presented to make
what was considered by attendees to be one of the most successful Conferences
ever. Our plans and expectations for this year’s meeting exceed last
year’s.
We ask
that you consider the educational and sponsorship opportunities available
for the 2005 SMTC&E and SPS. Considering the quality of papers, exhibits,
and events, plus the participation of top naval architects, marine engineers, ocean engineers,
shipbuilders, operators, and other maritime professionals, we are confident that
it is a meeting in which your company will want to actively participate, not
only in having employees attend, but in sponsoring the event.
There
are three sponsorship levels: Gold,
Silver and Bronze.
Base costs for a Gold sponsorship is $8,000, Silver $3,000 and Bronze $1,000.
Additional costs for specific event sponsorship are listed on the SNAME website

opportunities, click
