• Primary liaison with hotel, convention center, off site venues.
• Provide site selection assistance and coordiate site visits.
• Primary staff support for Annual Meeting, Banquet, Dinner Party and Exposition Committees.
• Establish social and tour programs.
• Develop and maintain Annual Meeting website information.
• Liaison with Marketing Administrator and Exhibit Manager for Annual Meeting and Exposition.
• Establish social program seating.
• Provide assistance for Directory and Transactions front matter.
• Transitional staff support for telephone system, storage facilities, postal matters and Member Insurance Committee.
