The Development Committee shall be composed of at least eleven members, three of which will be Past Presidents of the Society and chaired by the immediate Past President. If the immediate Past President is unavailable, the President shall appoint the Chairman from the Past Presidents serving on the committee. The committee shall oversee the Society’s fund raising efforts, specifically its Planned Giving Program, providing recommendations with regard to its structure and management, including the Heritage Society, to the Executive Committee.
