This Committee of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for the Annual Meetings and Symposia that will both disseminate technology developments and provide networking and communication forums. The Committee directs planning and has authority to pro-actively develop the content and format for the Annual Meeting and for three to five symposia per year with focused technical content.
For the Annual Meeting, the Committee is responsible for all aspects including, but not limited to, budgets and fees, site selection, dates and time- frame, program schedule, and marketing. The Committee reviews all aspects of the previous year’s Annual Meeting to enhance the following year’s meeting and provides direction and recommendations for all future meetings.
The Committee is Co-Chaired by Mr. Peter G. Noble and Mr. Henry P. Reeve.
