TAMU faculty and students should register in the Ocean Engineering Office or by phone 979-845-4515 or fax 979-862-8162 by 5 pm, Monday, March 18, 2013.  Late registration will be inside the Garden Room at the Student Recreation Center on Friday, March 22, 2013.

 

Parking Instructions: The cost of parking is not included in the registration fee.  Visitor parking is available in the West Side Parking Garage (WSG), in parking lot 104 in front of the Rec Center, 100g beside Reed Arena, and 100j beside Olsen Field.  Park vehicle in visitor lot and go to pay station.  Pay by cash or credit card, print out the receipt and place it on the dashboard.  Parking from 9 am to 4 pm should cost $10. A visitor parking map is available from the website: http://transport.tamu.edu/parking/visitor.aspx .  Enter the front entrance to the Student Recreation Center (SREC) and follow signs to the Garden Room at the end of the racket ball courts on the first floor.
