Almost all of the papers and presentations at SMTC in Houston will be evaluated for continuing education credit for New York State licensed Professional Engineers (and therefore for credit in those other jurisdictions that have applicable reciprocity agreements with New York State). A PE attending the SMTC will therefore be able to earn as many as eleven PDHs by attending technical sessions. PEs who take advantage of this opportunity and want the credit that they earn to be certified and recorded will be required to submit a one-page form for each paper, accompanied by payment of a service fee of $15 per paper for members ($25 for non-members).
