Thank you for being a student member of SNAME. We hope that your experience as a student member was rewarding, and that you will take advantage of further developing your career as an Associate Member in SNAME, by utilizing benefits offered to our “young professionals”:

If you’ve taken and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Examination and are an Engineer In Training (EIT), continue your professional development by participating in your local Section activities and preparing for the Professional Engineering license examination down the river.
Committees: Join and contribute to various Committees of your interest and gain valuable recognition through active participation.
Young Professionals Program.
Opportunities to present: Presenters are always needed for SNAME Section programs, and for the SNAME Annual Meeting Technical Program.
Opportunities to be published in SNAME journals, Transactions, and other publications.

Professional Referral Program: Sign up for the referral program and enter your areas of expertise. Consulting opportunities will be referred to you as they occur.

Please note that upon graduation your membership will automatically be upgraded to Associate Member - at the Student Member price, for your first year following graduation.

To maintain your membership and access to SNAME benefits you must fill out this form so that we may have the most updated contact information on you. If you are not graduating, and remaining as a student, please fill out the form and provide us with your school information and new graduation date.
